2. General

We process personal data only to the extent required to provide a functioning website and our content. This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and videos are served from our own server. The one exception is the ordering widget on the home page (see section 5a).

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany) automatically collects information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system. This data is used to ensure reliable operation and to improve stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources. Log files are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention schedule.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, the details you provide are stored to handle your enquiry and possible follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.

5. Table reservations via third parties

For online reservations we link to the external platform aleno (aleno AG, Switzerland). Data is only transferred to the provider once you follow that link; their privacy policy then applies. No reservation data is collected on our website itself.

5a. Online ordering (GloriaFood)

The home page embeds an ordering button provided by GloriaFood (Oracle). A script is loaded from the provider's server (fbgcdn.com), which transmits your IP address to the provider. The provider's ordering window only opens once you click the button; their privacy policy applies to any data you enter there. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a working online ordering option (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
